Mr. Sam Evans grew in South Lyon Michigan which is just north of Ann Arbor (not a Michigan fan) and is the son of Matthew and Kelly Evans. After attending Lutheran Elementary schools through 8th grade I went Huron Valley Lutheran High School in Westland Michigan (now known as Hope Christian Academy). I received my Bachelor of Science in Education and a minor in Social Studies at Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN. I will be finishing up my Master’s degree in Educational Administration this coming May at Martin Luther College.
Before coming to Ohio I was assigned as 4th-8th grade teacher in Sauk Rapids Minnesota. After two years teaching there the school closed down and accepted the call to Trinity and will be heading into my third year teaching at Trinity.
I enjoy watching college basketball, college football, college hockey, and professional baseball. I love to travel and have been blessed to have gone to Europe twice. I’ve been to Germany, France, Switzerland, Italy, Hungary, Czech Republic, England, Netherlands, and Austria.
