Women's Ministry

  Women's Ministry

DID YOU KNOW that our church's Women's Ministry is intended to be for all women in the church? It is not really a “group.” Ladies are welcome to come to any of the scheduled events, Bible studies, volunteer opportunities, etc. You don't have to “join the group.”

Come when you can! And invite your friends—both members and nonmembers.

Do you have an idea for a future event/Bible study/volunteer opportunity?  Please contact one of the ladies on the planning committee or fill out this form to submit an idea for an upcoming event or service project!

REMINDER
Women's Ministry made plates with our church's logo. There are still plates available for anyone in the congregation who would like to visit a neighbor, friend, new parent, etc., and take a “gift”. Whether that would be a few cookies, some fruit, loaf of bread, chocolates, or whatever fits the occasion, feel free to take a plate to leave with them. The plates are in a basket in the windowsill near the sign-up table. Please pick one up if you have someone you want to visit and possibly invite to church! (Note: the plates should not be immersed in water, only hand wiped.)

MAY
Bible Study and Dulcimers:
~
Women's Ministry will be meeting at Nicki's house for the fourth and final part of “Time—It's a Gift” Bible study on Monday, May 12 at 6:30 PM.
~In Lesson four, we'll talk about managing our time and saying “yes” or “no” to the many choices facing us each day. The gospel of love and forgiveness enables us to give a “joyful yes” or a “graceful no”---without guilt and without pride. Join us for this final lesson as we learn to be content in whatever season of life we are in.
~Stay after the Bible study to listen to dulcimer music! If you are interested, you can also learn how to play!
